Anandive provides a profound experience that unites the Science of Yoga with the therapeutic aspects of Scuba diving. After over 10 years working as a PADI Scuba instructor and practicing and teaching yoga, it is evident to me that yoga and scuba create the perfect union. Both allow one to reach complete relaxation, to heal both body and mind by allowing the practitioner to dive deeper into their true self. During our one week stay in our beautiful Beach front villa, we will dedicate ourselves to our well-being. Yoga practice twice a day and meditation, daily two-tank dives, 3 delicious gourmet vegetarian meals prepared by our private chef, all you have to do is breathe, and we will take care of everything else…

In both Yoga and diving we connect to our breath, our life force.

A breath that Patanjali defines in the 8 limbs of Yoga, as the control of the Life force that aims at increasing vital energy in the body and mind.

Practicing conscious breathing, and learning how to manipulate the breath, is one of the most effective ways to lower everyday stress levels and improve physical and emotional wellbeing. While underwater, breath control enables us fine tune buoyancy and improve air consumption.

Live Fully

The healing properties of the Water element enable us to cleanse, purify and soothe the mind and body, this element will play an important role in our journey. While practicing Yoga and diving, one is able to live fully in the present moment. You’re creating a sense of calm and awareness that will plunge you into a deeper meditative state. Through the fusion of yoga, meditation and diving, Anandive will prepare you to enter a state of bliss, and to connect to your true self. An experience in which we will let go and reconnect to the essential.
