As professional divers and master yogis we have a profound understanding of both practices and we have put together sequences with specifics Pranayamas (Breathing exercises), Sequences of Asanas (Body postures), visualisation and meditation to prepare your mind, body and spirit to immersed yourself and to get the very best out of every dives.

Our evening practices will be Kundalini Yoga from the system of the International Federation Shaktiananda Yoga ( I.F.S.Y). Techniques of Kundalini Yoga are very powerful tools to give an experience of the soul… We will learn how to control our mind in order to improve our physical practice, looking to connect to our true divine being while awakening our vital energy. Each day will cover a different chakra, consciously combining technology of breathing (Pranayamas), mudras, eye focus (Drishtis), body locks (Bandhas) and postures (Asanas) to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It will give us the awareness of our true power and control of our Creative energy (Shakti) in order to disconnect from our stressful daily life and reconnect to the essential in a singular practice of excellence and ecstasy.
