‘We’ refers to Anandive, Yoga and dive retreat, Cozumel, Mexico. ‘Guest’ or ‘You’ refers to the client that made the booking.
Please check carefully all the details of your booking before you make payment; after this we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details.
1. Your Yoga and dive retreat place is secured and reserved by paying a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holidays package. In case of medical emergency, a 30% of this deposit is refundable up to one month prior the event. A doctor statement is mandatory in order for the refund to be effective. The full payment can be made once on site, on the arrival day of the retreat.
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, Paypal, or cash.
All payments made by bank transfers or Paypal are subject to 16% extra charges. Once your holiday has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.
All customers must show proof of diving certification from PADI, SSI, CMAS, or an equivalent certifying organization.
Upon registration for any diving course, irrespective of previous experience or training, the Company requires each student to complete a Medical Questionnaire. Customers or students who fail to participate in any dives on a trip, or any course training dives, or any yoga class for whatever reason, shall not be reimbursed by Anandive for any unused or uncompleted portion(s) of the trip or course.
The customer acknowledges being in good mental and physical condition for diving/snorkeling and Yoga. Any client with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of participation in dive activities and will be required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner stating that they are ‘medically fit to dive’.
Anandive and its’ staff will treat all information with the strictest of confidence.
Anandive is committed to safe diving practices and injury prevention.
We recommend that if you intend to go scuba diving, you make sure you have an insurance policy that covers this activity.
Some Travel Insurances do cover Scuba Diving and some do not.
There are several Scuba Diving Insurance companies to choose from among, the most popular are International Travel, Dive Assure, and Divers Alert Network.
We strongly recommend each guest to have his own travel and liability insurance and Dive accident insurance covering Hyperbaric chamber treatments and others.
I fully understand the risk of scuba diving, snorkeling, and the possible dangers arising from the forces of nature and I am prepared to assume such risk.
In order for Anandive to accept me as a member of the aforementioned diving tour, I hereby release and absolve Anandive, it’s agents, business partners, employees and invitees thereof from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injuries.
Anandive accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness whilst you are on holiday with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.
We also strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary. We accept no responsibility for travel tickets such as airfares. This is solely the guest’s responsibility to organise and inform us only of an accurate arrival time.
In case of any situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, courses, or teachers. Alternative arrangements will be offered.
We are exempt from fulfilling our contractual obligations for causes that could not be anticipated and/or are beyond our control, including an act of God, act of man, act of government, and other impersonal events or occurrences.
That being said, we have integrity and will endeavour to provide you with the services mentioned.
Whilst all reasonable efforts will be taken to ensure this, it may be necessary in some circumstances, e.g. extreme weather or environmental conditions outside our control, to relocate guests to another venue of similar standard in the locality or dive from a different boat.
Once your holiday has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.
